I have been involved in NY politics for decades and I have come to believe that the majority of people living here in probably 90% of the counties are solid Red/Republicans whose votes have been stolen by years of DemonRat cheating. They do this on every level, no matter how small the office in question. The Dems never stop working, they never sleep and they want to see us dead.
Here's an example from suburban NY. Last May there was a very hot school board election. One of the candidates was an amazing conservative Christian woman who has been fighting the school district over their disgusting trans agenda and other DIE policies.
Her main opponent was a Democrat hack whose family worked for the district. When it looked like the conservative woman was going to win, the local Dems put up a spoiler candidate who was- get this- a Palestinian young man (we dubbed him Hamas) who owns a weed shop and who nothing about the budget, the district policies, etc. He was so late, he was barely able to get on the ballot but he did and it was a disgrace. Even worse was the way that his name was used to create fraudulent ballots in the most corrupt and crooked election that ever took place in my town. Folks- this is how they run.
So here we are in the final days of the most important election in history. As Elizabeth has pointed out, we have some of the most brilliant tech people like Jay Valentine and his team working ceaselessly to try and insure fair and accurate voting.
It is a damn shame that LARA TRUMP and her team, as good as they are, have not given a couple of million to Stop Bogus Ballots and others who are willing and able to stop the steal. Even Elon should have given those million dollar checks to SBB and the others who are working to save Western civ.

My wife and I live in Mexico. She voted in Mexico’s election this summer. All in-person, and one’s voter ID card with photo is compared to a printout. I’m sure there are irregularities but not at the polling places. America’s methodology is an invitation for corruption.
I was a professional computer programmer from 1977-2020, and during most of those years I was a "senior" programmer performing either design or redesign of complex computing systems. My guess is that well under 1% of our population (including essentially all election workers) has any idea what's going on within our voting machines, and you don't need a computing degree or even a high-school degree to understand the inherent insecurity of mailed-in ballots. Even if we had 100% honest, non-partisan staff manning our election offices, it would be literally impossible to prevent election fraud under any system that doesn't involve: 1) in-person voting, 2) voter ID at the polling place, 3) hand-counting of paper ballots under multi-partisan supervision. Once a nation falls prey to election insecurity, it obviously cannot vote its way back to security. Equally obviously, we will require some political action that does not involve voting to get us out of this mess. My specific comments are below.

You do not need any technical sophistication to understand that mail-in voting is inherently fraudulent, since any ballot that is written upon without the supervision of duly appointed election officials is 100% non-credible: nobody can say whether you filled out the ballot under duress, or even whether it was even you who wrote on the ballot. The point is that election thieves are not being arrested & indicted, & private citizens & teams of lawyers have to do this work of shutting down the thieves & struggle to restore election integrity. We accept the current reality & just get on with the task at hand. Maybe it's good for the country that the crooks are now so exposed, & people of integrity & honor have to step up. 100% there seems to be no repercussions for it, so they continue on. It's so maddening. Birth Certificate from a U.S. state or territory; US Passport; Certificate of citizenship issued to someone born outside of the US to US citizen parents who were traveling or on government business; and a Naturalization Certificate. Full freaking stop. To allay the fears of all those who will claim racism, make all passports free and make the post offices do them for free. Give the people two years to get all this done and start right after this election for the next one. THEN, eliminate ALL automation from the system. Everything. All paper, all tabulation, all of it. Increase the precinct requirements 10 fold and use county volunteers system to manage it. There will be so many volunteers it will make a Trump Rally look tame. Both sides will volunteer their arses off. They just will to protect their interests. Then make all counting a multi-party system. NO certification happens in ANY precinct without ALL parties agreeing to the count and signing legal affidavits to their accuracy. The key is legal. There must be consequences to cheating, even if the cheating comes from all party reps as a group. MUST BE CONSEQUENCES. Precincts take their certified tabulation to counties who then have to do the same thing. Then to the states where every county brings their results together. NO EARLY reporting whatsoever. The sealed tabulated county totals and ALL representatives from ALL parties stay on site at the state until every county finished their work. Then all will reveal their contents together. No more getting a free shot at the numbers to beat from demon counties and precincts. We would have results by the end of the night on election night just like we did for two centuries. Since we added automation (and cheating industrial style) we can’t do a damn thing on time.
