It is a personality type that does this. They lack the necessary perception for critical thinking and stop at a shallow level of understanding that they believe only they have the superior knowledge to to manipulate the world and everyone else in it to a "better place". These are the people fully convince they can with a few drugs turn male into female or vice versa. Bill Gates, George Soros and their associates fit this description as did Margaret Sanger and Hitler in their time. These people are mental defectives. They appear smart but but are shrewd manipulators for pushing their own agendas leaving paths of human destruction in their wake. Bill and Hillary are also good examples with their incredible history of suspicious deaths of close associates. I call them all sociopaths for their insensitivity to others but many still believe that if only they can be shown the "light" using logical argument they can be turned towards good. They cannot. These are the people driving the flood immigration to keep themselves in power. As they did to California to turn it from Conservative to Progressive in the 1980's, they believe they can do the same capturing key states today. It is manipulation pure and simple for self-empowerment. We call these people Satanists and label them "evil". We should not use these words as these words disempower us to do anything about them. We need to take control back. We need to define them as mental aberrations. Define them as Robert Hare does in his Psychopathic Test List: https://psychology-tools.com/test/pcl-22. We need to recognize and identify this personality. Then we need to isolate them from authority. We need to do this systematically and we need to let others know that we know who and what they are. We have thus far abstained from judging others this harshly in society with a live-let-live moral code. But the damage should be certainly evident the last 5yrs to have woken us to the patterns of the last 100yrs at least that these people have been a persistent issue in society that we can ill let continue.

I have a close relative who you describe exactly. One of his favourite phrases to shut down debate (either Covid, climate change, whichever the current argument....which we try to avoid because you cannot argue with this "type")...is "I follow the science".

Expand full comment
arrotsevni's avatar

What he is saying is that he claims he knows the science when others do not. A false claim but easy to make as most people recognize personal deficits in knowledge and cannot counter. The proper response is "prove it to me" and give me accepted references from which I can determine the truth myself. Make him prove his knowledge claim!!

What you do when you counter this type of person is saying "I have critical thinking and if you show me the information I can see the truth of it if it is there". You will shut down this type of claim unless he actually has knowledge of the actual science.

I don't waste my time with that type. I have only so much time and energy and I choose wisely where to spend it. Putting an idiot in their place gets us nothing worthwhile at all ... changes nothing, because they will continue to be an idiot.

But if you make it impossible for idiots to get into positions of power, now you've accomplished something worthwhile with your time.

We cannot change the way people are. We can only change where they can operate so that we are not harmed.

This is a person who will still quote Dr. Fauci as the ultimate authority on all things Covid. And if you dare to say Fauci has been discredited, he will insist that's fake news. I must conclude there is no possibility to have a discussion on any level, on any subject, with someone such as this.

And…most non-science people will also see right through if he cannot produce the fact-based scientific study behind the claim. It is less knowing the actual science than forcing people like this to prove their claim by demanding the data source and the factual conclusions. It is pretty easy to identify whether some one has shallow or deep knowledge by forcing them to “prove it to my satisfaction”.

The Truth is there is No Science . . .

I have been asking for the science for over 30 years now. Even Prof Weaver IPCC Modeller at U Vic 15 years ago directed me to a Swedish Scientist in the 19th century who isolated pure CO2 and conducted experiments.

When I responded to him that Pure CO2 exists nowhere on the planet in the mixture we call air . . . he no longer responded to my emails.

AGW - after all these years is still an Unproven Hypothesis.

I agree that we can define this personality. There is also the Light vs. Dark Triad of personality traits: machiavellian, narcissism and psychopathy. It boils down to controlling others for fun, out of fear or for profit (or some combination thereof). Stealing others' agency, destruction of potential through enslavement/economic control, foisted illness or injury, psychological manipulation. We can talk about motivation and we can talk about behavior. Ultimately, this personality is fixed in terms of motivation (they will not have a dawning realization and become good people) -- but this personality can learn to change behavior.... not because they suddenly become caring and ethical, but because they realize that change is self-serving, and may become better at hiding their true nature. It is up to us to learn how to recognize these people and to contain them or render them impotent. To learn their methods of deception through propaganda, manipulation of crowds and weaponizing our good natures against ourselves and others we care about. There is something deeply lacking in these people, and unfortunately, they can only pretend to have it. They fool a lot of people. So, once people are aware of this personality and greatly lessen their ability to be taken in by it, the less power these mental/personality-disordered ones will be able to wield.

As long as elections remain rigged, these people will remain in power or, at minimum, in positions offering them bureaucratic control.

Expand full comment
Grace Joubarne's avatar

Elections are the least of our worries.

As long a corporation masquerading as government is permitted to continue the charade, they will remain in power.

Every Canadian province was released to become a nation-state in 1931. Yet, we sit here complaining that the psychopaths are doing what they naturally do unless they are stopped.

None of this would happen in a Constitutional Republic where the constitution bans all party politicans and all behaviors of elected officials that is tantamount to 'party politics'.

In a proper constitution, it is written that no corporation can be the government, no corporation can donate to any candidate for election, only the public can nominate candidates which are then subjected to rounds of voting until the last 3 remain.

A proper constitution outlines the process for recalls, referendums and puts the people in control, with individual rights made sacrosanct and pretend-religious and special interests put in their place.

In Canada, the elected official gets to run an entire department with no accountability. Worse, they have unaccountable access to the Consolidated Revenue Fund and spend as they wish on their pet projects.

In a properly-installed Constitution Republic, where the Consitution is written by the People for the People and ratified by the people of the nation-State (formerly province), elected officials will not be able to pass any legislation without the agreement of their electorate.

We have the technology today to easily have very elected official consult with their constituents as to how they want him to vote on any bill, and the elected official is required to vote the wishes of his constitutents and not his own wishes.

And that my friends is how a properly-government country is run ... by the people, with a Rule of Law that ensures the head of any snake that dares show up to bother us, is cut off immediately.

Why are we putting up with being told by an unelected foreign corporation (UN and WEF and WHO) what to do in our own country? Because the laws are fictitous and written as needed by traitors masquerading as elected officials working for Canadians.

The system does not work -- it is long ago time to stop bitching and change it. I know what needs to be done and why, but need others on board.

We either get out of this together, or not at all.

IMO another underlying issue is the very nature of any incorporated organization, particularly governments - Federal, Provincial or Municipal. All western legal systems recognize corporations as ethereal, intangible, abstract and autonomous legal persons. Corporate autonomy implies that a corporation's legal personhood will protect the assets of its shareholders through what is known as the “corporate veil”. When the fictional personhood of the corporate persona and the corporate veil are combined with the liberal idea of rights, it creates a virtual chimera or a metaphysical person - an entity that inhabits two dimensions at once. The metaphysical nature of corporations allows them to be nimble economic juggernauts with few or no repercussions while carrying out their activities, notwithstanding misconduct or malfeasance.

And given the fact that (with very few exceptions) virtually all legislators are LARPs frequently influenced by lobbyists or SIGs. Consequently legislation by any branch of government is written by soulless faceless un-elected bureaucratic technocrats and perfunctorily passed with only token debate.

Side note – And the legislation has to pass before it can be read!

Good summary .. I agree.

I think the whole problem in Canada can be distilled down to: a legal fiction created in the mind of man, is enslaving and running roughshod over men and women (real human beings created by God).

The corporate avarice of the fictional world of "legal" has willfully and maliciously overwritten too many peoples reality, to their own liking. They plot, plan, and act collusively, collectively and in concert to carry out their nefarious agendas. As in my case, a CPS worker only has to check a line on their ready made form of "The child cannot be reasonably protected" and presto, the Natural Parents are instantly neutralized as irrelevant except to drag them into a fictional world that they exercise absolute despotism over the real people and have no shame. In a recent documentary called "The Agenda Their Vision Your Future (2025) they don't even have to disguise their virulent hatred when (as in my family's case) was "Control and Dictate, allow no debate".

When you can give "Boots on the ground" carte blanche to abuse their monopoly on violence against those who are targeted by their malice, calling the lot of them homicidal psychopaths is only a euphemism for the macro/micro warfare/lawfare against those who they know do not have the money or the firepower to resist their agendas. They are not just trespassing against God's law, but against the flesh and blood men and women that they have declared, enemies of the state, combatants, extremist, and turning the real aggressors into hero's while denouncing the attacked as criminals, mentally ill and persona non gratis. Rich men can make/take slaves and call them "Criminals" and poor men cannot afford the luxury of enslaving their oppressors. If people are forced into "Take no prisoners mode" (which the dark triads live for) peaceful revolution is made untenable by those who take a sadistic pleasure in destroying other peoples lives while trying to maintain the illusion of having captured "The Moral High Ground".

As a result, I gained further insight into several points you made regarding the theft of our wealth and opportunity. Thanks for your knowledge and excellent research.

Speaking of useful idiots,Elizabeth, do you think HM Elizabeth II was in on it, or did she just let Philip run with scissors, or what? And Prince William with his Earthshot stuff...is he on the same trajectory you think? Part of me has to hope that commonsense Kate sees through some of this bosh - unless she's been brainwashed/ captured for the sake of the children.

You were doing great until you started suggesting that Trump is fighting this. Trump's job - he works for the same crowd - is to loudly claim to be fighting it, while doing nothing of the sort.

Suspect you are not paying attention . . . JFK Jr. has restricted the use of mRNA so-called vax, especially on children. It is no longer mandatory for anyone.

The CDC now run by extremely competent Drs. several who were harsh critics of the Covid nonsense.

"Works for the same crowd" ? ? ? You know that how ? ? ?

Trump also walked away from the Paris Klimate Insanity, flushed 100s of EPA regulations that hampered industry and resource exploration. And has attracted well over 10 Trillion in New Investment in the USA.

Can't think of a President who has done more, in only 4 months, in my lifetime ! ! !
