An ex NSA intel expert whose name escapes me at the moment has himself been a target of directed energy weapons. There is much info regarding this subject and the actual people and address of where they work of the ones running this shit show. (military , CIA etc. all the usual suspects. I have listened to many accounts of victims horror stories. The technology is mind blowing.
