I am convinced. Please join those of us who seek to unravel the Federal funding of NGO’s that bill for maintenance & care of unaccompanied minors that have arrived since January, 2021. If the Feds are paying large bills to NGOs, they should be able to produce pristine records of the current location for each child. Pressure should be brought on the NGOs to - without resistance - quickly either give up all names & locations…or say they don’t know. If the latter, their revenue stream & status with the Federal Government should end immediately.

It is unfathomable to even contemplate that even Church-linked NGOs would claim “privileged” status from their Principal - the US Government. At a minimum, an IG audit should sample a test group during the first 100 days following the Inauguration.

Imagine when the letter agencies of which there are thousands, all federally funded ( paid for by we,the people) are eliminated in the first six months of 2025, and in turn, the NGO’s they support, die and dry up on the vine, to turn to dust as quick as a blink!

The investigation by Ángel Pineda, Secretary-General of the Public Ministry of Guatemala, is linking NGOs, various departments and top officials of the US to a huge child trafficking operation.

It may be too early to shout “scandal”, but I have seen these things break once a critical point is reached in America. If POTUS had 50 investigators and 100 analysts obtain the names and addresses of 1,000 unaccompanied minors (not selected by the fraudsters) and they ran each child to their address, confirmed that the funding was fully received by their caregiver, etc., the findings should approach 100%. The release of the findings after 100 days, if a low percentage, would grab headlines and excuses. It would attach to our current POTUS & VP, and the guy who kept assuring American taxpayers how everything is secure. Thank for your the information from Guatemala and its efforts, which was News to me.

I hope that the reluctant media will be reporting on this by the end of April.

No surprise. Blinken is a criminal.

Yes. They revoked his US visa and the visa of the Guatemalan Attorney General under whom Pineda serves.

Phil, I have shared this with as many people as I can.

We can't continue as a humane, moral, ethical culture when we not only turn a blind eye, but actually fund this. Not to mention what is breaking out on my X feed regarding the aborted babies who are cut up alive to get their live organs. I knew about this from James O'Keefe's exposure of it, however, this is reaching a scream level on X, so I pray it goes mainstream.

We must stand up and shake the normies to their core.

Oh. My. This was such a good read. Expresses perfectly how I felt that first time reading Absurdistan and pretty much every time since. Thank you!

Great read. Kind of astonishing to me. To my "little world", the life you describe is out of my comprehension. But yet, upon further musing, it makes complete sense.

And added to my mindset this morning makes me realize that while I might have an interesting thought or two on occasion, and even more rarely, turn a phrase or two, I should leave the word smithing to others. I should enjoy the labors of the talented and promote their work. Maybe add a comment here or there, but in reality, nothing I say remotely compares. This is not meant as anything but a realistic inventory of my limited experience and skills. To have the dedication and skill and prowess of many of the writers here on SS is a magnificent gift born out of years of hard work and sacrifice. It is quite silly of me to take myself seriously in any way. I am so grateful that my path crossed both of yours, amongst many other prolific and inspired writers.

Thanks for sharing such an intimate vignette of your world with us. Very honored.

This was a charming and familiar (I believe Elizabeth and I are kindred spirits) romp. Thank you, sir, for pulling the corner of the curtain back just a bit. Elizabeth, in her writing and intense research, has given me hope. Thank you, both.

I love unique and interesting people. I surround myself with them. Thank you, James, for this binoculars-worthy look into the life of someone with whom I wish I had a friendship. I am truly jealous of her intellect and drive. You are the velvet-lined box in which the gem Elizabeth can rest. God bless you both!

This account reminds me of a scene in the film "Amadeus", in which Mozart's wife brings his music to Salieri in the hope of him promoting Mozart so they might get some income. Salieri is astounded at the quality of the music, and stunned to realize that what she has brought are original works, not copies. In reading this Substack I feel like Salieri to Elizabeth Nickson's Mozart.

That was a fun read. Great writing, Sir! Married to a high drive attorney, there were lots of knowing chuckles by me. Humor being essential at all times.

Thank you, James Craig, for that well-written, fascinating portrait of the life of a talented, driven, fevered writer.

And thanks also to evolving circumstances that have given us the Substack genre and podcasts, thus freeing us from the prisons of publishers’ and broadcasters’ limited choices. The world has exploded with ideas heretofore gate-kept by a handful.

What an exciting time to be alive. For each of us, this is our unique, precious, given space in time within eternity, so we must make the very best use of it. Clearly, Elizabeth has snagged the dropped ball and is heading towards the goalposts. Deo gratias.
