In NY we have these things called Local Criminal Courts. They're Town, Village and small City courts. It's where 99% of us go to get justice. The Judge, sometimes not even a lawyer, comes from their community. You'll see them shopping, getting their haircut...washing their car...got it?
Well, we've got this legislative power grab in NY called bail and discovery "reform." Most crimes are not allowed to use bail and as a consequence all hell, literally hell, is breaking out all over the place.
Well, there's this small City Court Judge in the City of Cohoes that wrote a decision challenging the constitutionality of the over reach and I'll be darned if he didn't get affirmed on appeal! The elites were so flummoxed that they let the time to appeal the affirmed decision up to our highest appeal court lapse and now in the entire State, the City of Cohoes, and only the City of Cohoes, sets bail when it needs too!
That City Court Judge just got elected to the NYS Supreme Court. How about those apples Mister Davos? You be careful son how far you push things, hey?

The vaccine narrative is unraveling quickly. The strategy now is 'controlled release' which will be followed by 'mistakes were made.' But it won't wash. We went from an (app.) 85 percent vax approval to an 85 percent vax rate regret. And that's in addition to all the injured and bereaved.

It remains to be seen who will hold them accountable, unless WE the people, rise up & take control of all the institutions that are now globalist-corrupted. Like the military, the CIA, the FBI, large chunks of the judiciary…. The c19 scamdemic & its bioweapon jabs are having the veils ripped off. But once again - this is happening in lockstep across the world. I don’t believe in coincidences. So there’s a game plan here. The Ukraine likely holds a key position in the globalist game. Perhaps that country might be their perfect fortress of evil: they’ll have all our weapons soon… And the climate scam? Yet another way to use our own money to further our demise…. We have a way to go. But I’m cautiously optimistic…
The MSM is a blatant propaganda arm of the globalist cabal. I think their current tactic is the result of a Russian chess euphemism called a Zugzwan, whereby any move they make worsens their position. So they’ve elected for a back door in an attempt to avoid legal/penal ramifications when the wave of reality hits.
Totally agree on the culpability of the elite but totally disagree on the injured receiving any compensation from them.
There is no way on earth that the courts will approve monetary settlements to every vax-injured party. The amounts involved would literally bankrupt every major corporation, health system, and educational institution in this country.
The judicial system has already proven to be corrupt, and by spreading a little more “grease” to the involved judges, the courts will effectively tell the vax-injured “sorry, but go pound sand.”
The more appropriate question to ask is what will the people do after their cases are tossed???

Please correct me if I am wrong, but from my reading and video interview-watching, particularly of Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi’s and Dr. Michael Yeadon’s communications, if you have taken an mRNA shot you have sealed your fate. You have set in motion an irreversible process which will cause your immune system to attack your own tissue wherever the spike proteins settle, particularly along the interior surfaces of blood vessels anywhere in the body. It will take between 2 and 5 years to kill you. FLAT. This has been known for at least 20 years from animal testing and is the reason why the mRNA approach was never successfully applied with positive outcomes that could be turned into a “successful” treatment. FLAT.
So, if you have been injected, you do not have much time to bathe in the cascades of worthless paper as it shakes down out of this designed-to-fail house of cards even if you think you are about to be invited to have yourself a frisky sprint across La De Da Park Like a rich dog.
