Thank you for writing such a positive and powerful message of truth and justice. We went to see SOUND OF FREEDOM on the 4th of July. We couldn't believe the place was crowded and filled to the brim. Times are changing.
I want a world based on the rule of law equally applied. A world where virtue is pursued and merit is rewarded. Property rights are respected the guilty are punished. A world with compassion for those who are truly suffering. Where hard work is celebrated and rewarded.
Assuming that you ever have a spare moment Elizabeth, I am finding an abundance of compelling evidence that the entire virus/virology business is a big giant scam, and always has been. I would love to hear you wade into this. Dr. Sam Bailey and her husband Mark have done a great deal of research and post on substack. This no-virus issue vibrates with truth.
Yes I am aware of this line of thinking and I am not against it. I do think some of those vaccines are toxic, not counting the current. I got very sick from the flu vaccines and think the Covid thing was a scam. Will have a look at Dr. bailey.
Anyone who knows anything about the Trillions of dollars in predatory debt wrapped up as "student loan debt" would not applaud the Supreme Court decision to cancel a smidgen (one tenth of one percent) of same. The debt is a collusion between the government (who rakes in Billion more when the debt is delinquent), institutions of "higher learning" (LOL), and Wall Street. Over the last 4 decades, student loan debt has been carved out to be the only debt that stays with you for life, is without most consumer protections laws, cannot be discharged in bankruptcy, and is the most predatory debt on the planet. I've studied it for over a decade. Borrow $40K, pay back $200K. Typical scenario.
The core beginning of “predatory” debt translates primarily to the institutions of “higher” education as predators of their students; they charge ridiculous tuition, housing and textbook fees, and pay out large teaching/admin salaries while standing on mounds of alumni donations. Why are governments not focusing on encouraging reduced tuition - or more generous college-engendered scholarships? The answer is as you suggested: the interest payouts - cha-ching!
At the same time, eager students and their families CHOOSE to walk into this financial snare with full knowledge of the longterm consequences. There is serious culpability here.
Knowing that $40K = $200K repayment, why are families who insist on “higher education” not insisting their children stay home for two years post high school graduation and work full time at a job, saving every penny to pay for their college education (with no money spent on annual vacations in Cancun or $1200 iPhones with full data programs)? This is wisdom. Stupidity is watching everyone else fall into the education debt snare and robotically getting in line to do same.
The argument, of course, is that if one wishes to “get ahead” one is forced to have undergrad and postgrad degrees - so families choose the societal trap, ignoring the oppressive debt load and the specious education (oft indoctrination) their child will receive. Parents are locked into a perceived societal model of education. Time to reboot.
Currently in the homeschooling world many parents are buying into sites like Homeschooling Connections with hundreds of courses taught online by excellent teachers. Given the prominence of an online world, this should be the model for affordable college education: the best of the best teachers dynamically teaching courses, engaging their students, offering links to deeper dives. And, most importantly, encouraging genuine open debate and reflection.
Thank you for your thoughts. Most parents and students have absolutely NO idea they are walking into this debt trap. I mean do you think high schools offer classes on finance? Most young people - we are talking teenagers here, just barely over 18 - can't even do their own tax returns. Not that they couldn't be taught. Does "the news" talk about the predatory nature of this debt? No. And I haven't even talked about private loans which are the most predatory, often with contracts (that need co-signers so parents sign on) containing interest rates that can - and do - go up to 25%. This is unconscionable. What society doesn't value education for its youth? The US. I've prepared tax returns for seniors who co-signed their grandchildren's loans or who themselves took out the nice sounding Parent Plus Loans (again with interest rates in double digits), and then had to default due to repayment terms...uh, 20 years...that turn out to be unaffordable...especially in retirement. So what happens? Well, the debt stays with them for LIFE, so when they collect Social Security, the government garnishes up to one-third of their SS for repayment, which by then is all bullshit interest and fees being paid through the garnishment, barely touching principal. It is a boon to the government, the lenders, the universities, and Wall Street. Everyone else loses.. About 40% of student loan debt is held by people over age 50. You notice that the government "paused" the payments on a majority of the government student debt since 2020 and the economy didn't crash, did it? The myriad of repayment programs are a joke. Truth be told the exorbitant cost of "higher" education is meant to be a deterrent to seek an education. You want kids to learn financial responsibility? Fine. But why does it have to be a LIFE sentence. Make then borrow $20K and repay $20K plus a small interest rate, not some crappy loan with enough carve outs for the financiers to make them regret it for the rest of their LIFE.
This info calls for a website--or a printed pamphlet that some sandwich-board wearing dude can hand out to visiting high-schoolers and their parents in front of all college admissions offices.
All great stuff Elizabeth. I continue to struggle with seeing things in a positive way. When some of these folks are prosecuted and imprisoned I will feel the corner was turned.
Super to read all that has been occuring synthesized. Especially apprediate learning that Trudeau's son refused to hold his hand on Canada Day, did not know that. We rarely see Madame Trudeau in public now.
In my little city a few are growing woke-weary, but only a few.

A wonderful and enjoyable article that confirms my decision to become a subscriber.
The themes shared widely across much of my research are largely in harmony with the message I take from this particular article.
My caution however is to prepare yourselves mentally, physically and emotionally for what comes next.
The monsters attempting this global 'reset', will not realize and accept the error of their ways. These monsters are incapable of doing so.
Yes, I agree. It does almost seem like we're winning.
They will unleash unholy hell before they're defeated though. This thing definitely is no where even close to over.
In fact, the easiest part is now behind us.
"Trudeau’s nine year old son refuses to hold his father’s hand at Canada Day celebrations."
Well, maybe a bit over-interpretive. Nine years old is about that time.
I'd love to change the world and we know now what to do... We've come a long way from this blast from the past: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zEQNb17BSd0
Wow. That's a boatload of convincing evidence that slices through the collectivist fog.
"It is unstable because we know it is stupid. We are opposed." Exactly right.
Great piece and I think you are right.

Let's hope these are not just pyrrhic skirmishes. Press on.
Once again love the long list of inspiring pushback to our planned slavery!
'Quebec firefighters break through the Trudeauvian barriers and finally quash the drone-induced flames.'
^^^That's the one that I'd love to see the most right now.
Your positivity is greatly appreciated!! Thank you!!
