What we have now is not just wasteful and harmful bureaucracy but a vast shadow government of in the private sector comprised of managerial elites.
you're aiming too low. The people you refer to are being manipulated by fake printed dollars. They are not the elites. They are the garbage that the elite garbage uses against us.
More graphically, the fake dollars are the new world ODOR's excrement. The people absorbing those dollars are the new world ODOR"s toilet paper and we the people are swimming and eating in the new world ODOR's septic tank.
Make serving in government a bit uncomfortable with a rotating constituent committee for accountability. No perks, no lobbying, no adding meaningless tag-one to a bill. Good place to begin after shrinking it.
