If one cannot see that the conflict is externally foisted on Israel, the same cannot be a reliable witness, much less educator on the subject. Jesus is saying the Kingdom is already present in his own ministry.
He is not denying his future return.

“For as the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one side to the other, so will the Son of Man be in his day.” (Luke 17:24)

People can be:

Likewise, Jesus spent much of his ministry seeking out people whom society assumed were already condemned.

“Most people are already damned, and we can see it.”

The church’s role is not to identify the damned, but to bear witness to Christ, trusting that the Holy Spirit is already at work in ways we cannot fully see.
I concur wholeheartedly with the exception that this small percentage of the world population is going to just roll over. Most will, but there will be those who will wreak chaotic destruction upon anyone who gets in their way. The reason I say this is because it's what this Satanic cabal is planning on them doing. They're doing this all intentionally to create pandemonium.
Some people realize that Jesus is coming back to judge the world but fail to recognize what he actually said. They have no problem remembering him saying that he didn't come to condemn the world but to save it. The next verse always gets lost somehow, probably because people see what they want to see. The word he speaks is true and Jesus doesn't need to return for all the world to be condemned for rejecting his teachings which clearly point out that Christ is the life that animates all the living and only those who can see Christ in their enemies can truly confess Christ.
What does this mean? I think it means that everyone has the Holy Spiritual within them and that we who follow Jesus must recognize that and disciple the enemy to also recognize the spirit within him and bring bring about the change in them to follow Christ.
The gospel writer presents us with a picture of the Holy Spirit descending like a dove at Jesus' baptism. It necessarily follows that Jesus did NOT have that Holy Spirit prior to that momentous event. From this is necessarily follows that not only is the rest of the world born without the Holy Spirit, but they're also hopelessly deceived. Only the Father can draw us or anyone else to Christ. How does one draw others to Christ if they can't see Christ in their neighbor? Those who can't, wait for Christ to return and they're going to wait a long time because the only one who is coming for them is an antichrist. We know this because Christ usefully observed that the kingdom doesn't arrive through observation. Not one single witness of Christ's resurrection saw him with their eyes. The two on the road to Emaus experienced the risen Christ in a perfect stranger because of the burning love of Christ within their hearts.
Everyone else is already damned so there is no need to wait for Christ's return. He's already pronounced his sentence upon them, and in many cases, it is quite obvious that they're already in hell. One doesn't have to look far to see the horrific misery being manifested by the damned. They're miserable and cannot help but spread their misery everywhere they roam. * saw him,
* heard him,
* touched him,
* ate with him.
For example:
“Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones as you see that I have.” (Luke 24:39)
And to Thomas:
“Put your finger here; see my hands.” (John 20:27)
The Emmaus story is beautiful, but it is not presented as the only way Christ was encountered.
4. “The kingdom does not come with observation” means something different
The statement comes from Luke 17:20-21.
Jesus is responding to Pharisees asking when the Kingdom will come.
Most scholars understand him to mean that the Kingdom is not something that can be identified by political signs, military movements, or geographical boundaries.
Instead:
“The kingdom of God is among you” (or “within you”).
Jesus is saying the Kingdom is already present in his own ministry.
He is not denying his future return.
In the same chapter, only a few verses later, Jesus explicitly speaks about a future coming of the Son of Man that will be visible:
“For as the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one side to the other, so will the Son of Man be in his day.” (Luke 17:24)
That is hard to reconcile with the claim that Christ never returns visibly.
5. The apostles expected Christ’s return
After Jesus ascends, the angels tell the disciples:
“This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.” (Acts 1:11)
The earliest Christians clearly believed both:
* Christ is spiritually present now through the Holy Spirit.
* Christ will come again.
These are not presented as competing ideas.
6. Did Jesus give the Holy Spirit through the disciples?
Yes, in a sense.
After the resurrection, Jesus tells the disciples:
“Receive the Holy Spirit.” (John 20:22)
And at Pentecost the Spirit is poured out upon the church in a unique way (Acts 2).
Peter then tells the crowd:
“Repent and be baptized… and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” (Acts 2:38)
The pattern in the New Testament is not:
* Christ absent,
* disciples replacing him.
Rather:
* Christ present through the Holy Spirit,
* the church participating in Christ’s work.
Paul even says believers are collectively:
“the body of Christ” (1 Corinthians 12:27)
and individually:
“temples of the Holy Spirit” (1 Corinthians 6:19).
The deepest problem with the claim
The argument assumes:
“I can tell who is damned because I can see misery in their lives.”
Jesus repeatedly warns against that kind of judgment.
People can be:
* depressed yet faithful,
* prosperous yet spiritually lost,
* struggling yet beloved by God.
Think of Job. His suffering was not evidence that he was damned.
Likewise, Jesus spent much of his ministry seeking out people whom society assumed were already condemned.
The New Testament’s consistent message is not:
“Most people are already damned, and we can see it.”
It is:
“Christ came to seek and save the lost” (Luke 19:10).
The church’s role is not to identify the damned, but to bear witness to Christ, trusting that the Holy Spirit is already at work in ways we cannot fully see.
I concur wholeheartedly with the exception that this small percentage of the world population is going to just roll over. Most will, but there will be those who will wreak chaotic destruction upon anyone who gets in their way. The reason I say this is because it's what this Satanic cabal is planning on them doing. They're doing this all intentionally to create pandemonium.
Some people realize that Jesus is coming back to judge the world but fail to recognize what he actually said. They have no problem remembering him saying that he didn't come to condemn the world but to save it. The next verse always gets lost somehow, probably because people see what they want to see. He usefully observed that "He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day."
The word he speaks is true and Jesus doesn't need to return for all the world to be condemned for rejecting his teachings which clearly point out that Christ is the life that animates all the living and only those who can see Christ in their enemies can truly confess Christ.
What does this mean? I think it means that everyone has the Holy Spiritual within them and that we who follow Jesus must recognize that and disciple the enemy to also recognize the spirit within him and bring bring about the change in them to follow Christ.
Am I even close?
The gospel writer presents us with a picture of the Holy Spirit descending like a dove at Jesus' baptism. It necessarily follows that Jesus did NOT have that Holy Spirit prior to that momentous event. From this is necessarily follows that not only is the rest of the world born without the Holy Spirit, but they're also hopelessly deceived. Only the Father can draw us or anyone else to Christ. How does one draw others to Christ if they can't see Christ in their neighbor? Those who can't, wait for Christ to return and they're going to wait a long time because the only one who is coming for them is an antichrist. We know this because Christ usefully observed that the kingdom doesn't arrive through observation. Not one single witness of Christ's resurrection saw him with their eyes. The two on the road to Emaus experienced the risen Christ in a perfect stranger because of the burning love of Christ within their hearts.
Everyone else is already damned so there is no need to wait for Christ's return. He's already pronounced his sentence upon them, and in many cases, it is quite obvious that they're already in hell. One doesn't have to look far to see the horrific misery being manifested by the damned. They're miserable and cannot help but spread their misery everywhere they roam. They roam to and fro desperately searching for relief in anything and everything except Christ. They bring hell with them everywhere they go.
It seems to me, the issue of who is a White Supremacist has been a projection from the actual group acting as though everyone below their exalted status as purveyors of policy, and legal tyranny is to blame. The White Supremacists are and have been in charge of the destruction we have witnessed with our own eyes for decades. Justin Trudeau, Mark Carney, Starmer, Merz, Von der leyen, Macron, Biden, Blinken, Nuland, Jacinda, Schwab, Fink, Fauci, and sooo many more to name have created the results they blame on those who lost their jobs, and were lied to, manipulated and brainwashed by the media they control. The real White Supremacists are hiding in plan site and are accelerating their evil plans to blame the very people they no longer represent as the scapegoats of their evil. So attacking migrants is playing into their plan when the focus should be at #10 or wherever they sleep at night. Voting has been proven to be ineffective when managed by the same White Supremacists. So whether it’s Labor, Tory’s, Republicans or Democrats as George Galloway often says they are two cheeks of the same ass.
Another excellent article. A complete and total reassertion of the value of and value of the contributions of whites needs to continue to be rolled out. Not to denigrate other races but barbaric practices of all types need to be thoroughly condemned.
I do hope one of the things this revolution eventually does is remove toilet language from public discourse. I grew up with ladies never cursing and gentlemen protecting them and children from having their ears and spirits assaulted by vulgarity. But I understand the frustration that is driving it. So grateful to live in “the Bible Belt” of the southeastern United States.
