I've spoken, on multiple occasions, to some young men (actual men, not soy ridden weaklings), and there is a common anger to what they have lost. They want the freedom that we enjoyed in the 70s, 80s, and even the 90s. There also appears to be a growing interest in church, which gives me hope for them.

It is possible, but the mountain that needs to be scaled is high and treacherous. I wish them luck, as I won't be around to see the outcome.

Warmek's avatar

If it happens in the next 25 years, I may live to see that restoration. If it does, I'll die happy, knowing the world is better than I found it. I hope my nieces and nephews and their children inherit a better world than I did.

jay's avatar

has anybody taught them to quit believing things which aren't true? to question everything? To require it to make sense before believing it? That's the problem. Believing things which aren't true. The list is long. shoah, a-bomb, pathogenic virus.

Warmek's avatar

So, do you have any particularly good places where I could read about this "a-bombs aren't real" idea? Sure, I could throw the search term into Google, but presumably as someone who espouses the position, you'll be able to list better ones than I'll come up with by selecting at random from search results, which of them do the best job of explaining it.

Because really, given that my day job is working at a nuclear weapons research and development facility... if nuclear weapons *aren't* actually a thing, I truly *must* wonder what *exactly* it is they bother paying me for. They certainly *act* as though they are real, from a security perspective. But I'm willing to read your citations.

I worked in nuclear power plants for 36 plus years. Controlled fission is real. The heat produced is converted to steam which drives a turbine that produces power to a grid. I've worked on the control/safety systems for fission reactors and for the measuring of fission energy (gamma, beta, alpha). I know this because I experienced it. If you haven't, and you proclaim fission (spiltting of the atom) is not real, then you really don't know.

Larry Brownstein's avatar

Fission is real. Or at least whatever it is that they do in "nuclear power plants" is really creating energy and heating water. But did Three Mile Island explode? Did Chernobyl explode? I don't recall seeing associated mushroom clouds at the time (correct me if I am wrong). If they didn't explode with mushroom clouds, perhaps the idea of nuclear explosions is a fiction.

Andy Akey's avatar

Larry, Three Mile Island, and Chernobyl were caused by loss of reactor control (Chernobyl) and the ability to remove heat from the reactor cores Three Mile Island). The destruction was caused by heat, the mess was dealing with radio isotopes released by uncovering the core (fuel). The reactor fuel could not result in an explosion as it's not high grade. All nuclear fuel used in commercial reactors world wide are not "weapons grade". Can uranium be enriched where it can be made into a bomb? I don't know as I haven't worked in that area. I do think that atoms, whether from uranium, hydrogen, thorium, etc. can be triggered to release massive amounts of energy. The atom is highly energetic.

jay's avatar

creating energy and heating water

Antoine Lavoisier would not agree with you. he'd say that energy was transformed and not created.

Warmek's avatar

I don't know if this was a reply to the right place; As I say, I work at a nuclear weapons lab. If nuclear weapons *aren't* real, then it's a *very* expensive hoax. I'm mostly just curious what case will be made.

jay's avatar

nothing is expensive for people who print money out of nothing and charge interest on that fake money.

Stephen's avatar

Agree it is an expensive hoax. That’s why they are allowing Thorium reactors to be commissioned for the AI, Acquired Ignorance, warehouses to be powered by.

Stephen's avatar

Yes I would agree and I certainly not doubt your life time of experience with fission and do think uranium that is processed by centrifugal means using electricity and technology can when induced high voltage can give off enough heat to boil water.

But so can coal, wood, oil and gas boil water. I do think uranium was chosen over Thorium in the fifty’s over Uranium because Uranium would be much more profitable for everyone involved, politicians, big business etc…. and that why hence we have billion dollar nuclear reactors but do not think it can be used to kinetecly or as a bomb to blow up large area no.

Galen was referring to the dangers of radioactivity and the dangers associated with exposure. Putin is less convinced about the Nuclear Decimation of earth due to radioactivity. Studies from Chernobyl, Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Fukushima revealed that the radioactivity is shorter lived than thought. I presume most cancers are from the absorption of radioactive Iodine and Strontium. The fear was created by the boomers in power to help reduce the nuclear bomb usage as a weapon of war. Putin has thrown water on that premise. Galen through water on it.

We can use nuclear weapons with far less collateral damage, probably, than thought. Nuclear winter? Probably fear mongering, too. Volcanoes spew millions of tons of dust into the atmosphere on a regular basis.

Now, if nuclear weapons won't destroy the world, but can still destroy the cities and the money centers based there, doesn't it make sense to try to keep people in flyover country scared of them?

I'm certain nuclear weapons exist and are very destructive. Nuclear, I.e., uncontrolled fusion reactions released into the atmosphere. Megatons of explosives in a neat little package. But, no sane person would want to unleash the next stone age if they could prevent it. Mutual assured destruction, of the cities and all electricity and transistors, is a thing.

Perhaps those that promote the nonexistence of these WMDs would like to see millions of lives evaporated. That's evil and the darkest darkness if they're promoting Armageddon.

Duct tape fixes everything temporarily. Truth and knowledge, not a YouTube education, are required to fix stupidity.

DEWs have also changed the landscape since they can trigger accumulations of activity in nuclear waste, I believe but don't know for sure. But with the evidence provided my Dr. Judy Wood, a very smart and educated Engineer, the video of the dustification of the WTC towers and the evidence if the explosion of the Ural Mt waste site in Russia during the experiments there, and the Nikola "Oops" in Tunguska, I wouldn't be surprised.

Did you know that Dr. John Trump, DJT's favorite uncle, was called to Nikola's residence the night he died. Look up some of Dr. Trump's patents.

There's a lot of history that's intentionally kept from the public. We are merely cattle to the elite, the 'privileged' and with the dawn of robots they need fewer cattle to support them. Thus vaccines, esp. Covid, and the turbo strokes, heart attacks and cancers they are causing. The truth is coming to light and the gaslit public is getting pissed.

Michael Warden's avatar

Can't comment on the nuclear weapons bit, but so many other lies are being revealed: Death by CO2, running out of resources, what happened on 9/11, most of history. Take a look at 'The Ultimate Resource' by Julain Simon, 'The Wall Street Trilogy' by Antony Sutton, 'The Creature from Jeckyll Island' by Edward Griffin, 'Where Did the Towers Go?' by Judy Wood, 'Chill' by Peter Taylor, 'Ideological Constructs of Vaccination' by Meteja Cernic. Google or any search engine is not there to help one in search of the truth, only to steer one to the accepted main stream consensus provided by the powers that be.

I will let Jay provide answers to web sites for the a-bomb deception.

jay's avatar

I don't have web sites. I have logic and the absence of web sites. Nowhere does anybody show an experiment demonstrating the production (different from creation) of energy via atomic fission or fusion. Given the absence of any experiment, we can't ask if the experiment was controlled. We can't ask if it was carried out by multiple groups of independent researchers. We only have the word of people who are paid by people who we have caught lying thousands of times.

complex Craftsman's avatar

“ Nowhere does does anybody show an experiment demonstrating the production of energy via atomic fission or fusion “ There it is Jay , and the you went on thru several replies defending that statement , and now you want to claim you never said anything of the sort . Who’s the shill, or more accurately , the gaslighter ? The production of energy via atomic fission , why that’s exactly how a nuclear reactor works , fission being the spitting of atoms which creates energy in the form of heat , which turns liquid into gas ( water to true steam ) that is in turn used to spin a turbine , both for propulsion and electrical generation . It is true however that I have never seen ‘the experiment’ , only the actual practical application that resulted from a series of experiments that would have had to have taken place prior to that practical application .

complex Craftsman's avatar

I think this is where you made the original claim Jay ?

complex Craftsman's avatar

Oh come on ? That would be some extroardinary vast conspiracy . As a Navy vet , one that operated conventional boilers , I find it absurd to think that all of the nuclear operators , machinists , engineering officers and on up could or would either have been fooled or in on some vast conspiracy across the Carrier and sub fleets and their development programs across all of these decades to the extent required to cover up this secret truth that its all fake ? Think about that ?

jay's avatar

If I wrote that, I wasn't in a normal state. I have no doubt and have never had any doubt that nuclear energy is a thing which works and is not particularly mysterious. I'll take your word that I wrote that, though it's not a thing I would write. Preferable to bothering to dig it up. It's the atom bombs which I don't believe work, other than dirty bombs. I say that an atom bomb will never be much more powerful than the resistance of the case it's delivered in. for me, when the case fails, the matter moves immediately and rapidly radially outward. The temperatures and pressures drop preciptously instantly. The paths of high speed particles are all divergent. Their "science" that somehow the productive collisions get way ahead is what I see as hand waving. Really hard to believe I'd have written what you say you saw. I'm not doubting you. I'm always shadow banned, not a big step to be edited. The two beers I might drink at the end of the evening don't seem enough to have me writing things I absolutely don't believe. I've spent hours listening to Galen Winsor and have never doubted a word that he said.

I like how he pronounced augmented. Awgyoumented reality.

Past deceptions don't prove present activities.

Was the first visit to the moon real? I don't know and have my doubt's. We're we able to finally get there? Sure.

See my previous post about the deception around dangers of radioactivity and the whole Allen Belt shielding issue becomes understandable.

1. Convince public and especially enemies that the worst thing about nukes is the long lasting radiation.

2. Tell curious people that ask if that's true how did the astronauts survive the passage through the Allen Belts? Answer: we had the tech back then but lost it.

3. Gaslight, gaslight, gaslight to keep people afraid of radiation.

Its true that high levels of gamma will do irreparable damage to life forms. You get gamma from xrays from the sun on a clear day. You get xrays at the doctors office. At the airport security walkthroughs.

Nukes destroy by forces that are hard to imagine even seeing the videos. The height of the explosion above the ground and the target determine the damage.

War is bad. Nuclear war is very, very bad, but its not the end of all life on earth. But, it will throw mankind into another Stone age and all the wealth accumulated by the established elites becomes worthless. Thus the need to keep destructive regimes from getting the power.

jay's avatar

there's a guy in Cannes who talks about it. I hadn't thought about him for a while. I'll work on finding that for you. What is saw when the internet was new was a group of people who'd invited the surviving veterans who'd been in hiroshima and nagasaki to a big dinner in their honor and a trip, I believe, to France. Toward the end of the meal when everybody was getting a bit lit up the sponsors started to pass out maps. They had spoken of how they were wiring palettes of tnt together. The colonel explained to them that they would be doing that, that a couple miles away they would drop the bomb out of a plane and detonate it at 600 feet. In a third spot there'd be cameras which would take pictures of the two explosions and they'd use the optical data to measure the yield of the bomb. The interesting thing was that the guys looked at the map and they realized that some of them were at each site. Both sites had palettes of TNT. That explained also why everybody only knew half the men who'd been there.

Others told how that in spite of the atom bomb they still also had 250 bombers dropping conventional bombs on the cities, just like at Dresden and Tokyo.

The reasons they are paying you: they need to have everybody believe atom bombs are real. The alleged research is yet another way to skim money off of the taxpayer.

You didn't respond regarding Galen Winsor. Do you know who he was?

I have done some reading on it and I have a technical background. I will share one thing that I have learned that seems particularly interesting: Bombs are based on the idea of creating chemical reactions that cause the creation of gases and the pressure of the gasses is what we call an explosion. Atomic bombs have no such chemical reaction. Atomic reactions create heat and radiation, not gas pressure, so, there should be no explosion.

Take it a step further ... the mushroom clouds indicate an explosion, thus, possibly (probably? certainly?) best explained as a conventional bomb.

Stephen's avatar

Nagasaki was the most Christian city in Japan in nineteen forty five. Hiroshima was the “ city made of Wood” .

jay's avatar

I would think there'd be some noise when the air is heated rapidly and expands quickly. I don't know if it'd be a whoosh or a sonic boom or both, but you're right that there shouldn't probably be the black matter to make a mushroom cloud. what would be its source? the images from 1945 sur look like they'd need a lot of weight of matter. where did that come from?

Mary's avatar

I had read that the newer technology got rid of the radiation part of it. Can't remember if it was in Elana Freeland's book or where, I read too much. Also, after they use some weapons they don't let people back in, like Lahaina and Palisades, so I am not totally convinced about no residual from what they are using. They seem to be advancing at the speed or light, so to speak. Also, the research in these areas isolate, so that the neck doesn't know what the head or any other part knows. One group is handling old technology, and others are working on star wars type tech. That's my guess. Purely a guess.

Andy Akey's avatar

Mary, Lahaina and Palisades were hit by DEW (directed energy weapon). I believe these weapons use high energy lasers that incinerate everything, including metals and glass (cars) and people. It's technology that makes nuclear weapons obsolete as the destruction is the same with very pin point accuracy where a car/house/person can be hit but not the car/house/person next to the target. If the U.S. military has this technology, so do the Russians/Chinese. Dropping of bombs is yesterday's weapon, today, think silent and deadly weapons, including 5G/6G, RF (radio frequency energy), etc.

Stephen's avatar

Yes Elana Freeland !

jay's avatar

But I'm willing to read your citations.

There's the problem. you're "willing to read" my citations. That says it all. You give ALL credibility to experts to the exclusion of somebody with no world wide reputation looking at a thing and saying to himself that this doesn't hold water. Why not? ask yourself three questions:

1.) do "they" benefit from making us all believe this thing which is not true?

2.)do "they" have the resource to make us all believe this thing which is not true?

3.)would they be evil enough to profit from having made us all believe this thing which is not true?

------------------------------------------------

if the answer to all three questions is yes, then looking for somebody's citations on a medium which they own, control and censor might not make any sense.

jay's avatar

using logic, it occurred to me that once the container the bomb is delivered in breaks, the high pressure and high temperatures and density all go away quite quickly. The particles which would need to collide with each other are now moving in nearly the same direction (radially outward) at the same speed. That doesn't make for good collisions. "They" accept this too. But "they" say that that chain reaction happens so fast that it's already released huge amounts of energy at the instant that the container breaks. I asked the PTB's representative (AI) and it says this was based on some fellows hypothesis which was never proven and never even experimented on. I defy you to find the controlled experiment where they used a measured quantity of TNT and a measured quantity of uranium or plutonium and measured vast amounts more of energy coming out than the TNT put in. This experiment, to be validated, should be run successfully by several independent groups who should arrive at the same conclusion. I don't see any traces of such experiments. Can you find them? They should also demonstrate how no matter what you do with a "critical mass" minus one gram can't do the same.

Until I can read the papers of several groups all claiming to have done this properly, I'm not buying it.

Even then, I'll be skeptical because the people who print as much money out of nothing as they want to without needing to ask anybody's permission can certainly get several groups of renowned scientists to lie about this.

And they clearly have a deserved reputation of being liars.

So, are you allowed to talk about what you do at work? Have you done anything which would lead you to believe that the a-bomb is real?

I doubt that you are telling the truth about who you are.

Warmek's avatar

> I doubt that you are telling the truth about who you are.

That seems like an excessively hostile reaction to someone who is trying to hear you out on your claim. Is it not likewise logical for a person who works where I do (whether you believe that I actually do or not) to be intrigued by this claim, and want to hear the evidence that everything I've been doing for the last N years has been a complete sham?

> So, are you allowed to talk about what you do at work?

Sure, though that's because what I do is fairly boring, as it relates to this specific topic. I babysit very large computers, and change the diapers of their users when they make a mess.

Nothing that I myself do at work is specifically oriented towards the actual work of developing new nuclear weapons, but is instead more of a support role for those who (theoretically, at least) are doing so. I'm a sysadmin. I keep the computers running so that other people can perform work with them.

> Have you done anything which would lead you to believe that the a-bomb is real?

Beyond speaking to people who work at other parts of the lab, having gone on a number of classified tours, and seen certain project information while moving files for people or working on the back end of systems that other people work on the front ends of? Not really. I am not a nuclear engineer, a mechanical engineer, an explosives engineer, a physicist, or anything like that. I'm a computer jock.

> I defy you to find the controlled experiment where they used a measured quantity of TNT and a measured quantity of uranium or plutonium and measured vast amounts more of energy coming out than the TNT put in.

Are you describing an experiment wherein the conventional explosive initiator supposedly used for triggering the ignition of an atomic weapon is detonated without the nuclear core, measuring the energy output of that, and comparing it to the energy output of a device with the same amount of conventional explosives, but *with* the nuclear core in place? I want to make sure I understand what it is I'd be looking for. Would you consider the experiment valid if it used a different conventional explosive, and not explicitly trinitrotoluene?

American A-bomb tests in the Pacific ocean disrupted street lighting in Hawaii and other electronics equipment there, 800 miles from the test site. Documented in the newspapers at the time. Likewise, in Russia, telegraph equipment was destroyed a thousand kilometers from their A-bomb test site. These are the consequential electrical field effects of an atomic reaction releasing electrons at incredible speed, which effect is NOT found in the detonation of conventional explosives. Therefore, on the basis of this observed fact, it is reasonable to conclude that such atomic weapons exist.

I don't think you can try to operate in the mainstream grid society world and still retain what it takes to be completely your own man . it would be a very difficult thing to do and normies of course would label you an extremist for opting out to that degree . Guys in black SUVs with firearms from alphabet agencies would likely be in their future . It's like trying to raise a kid without them being poisoned by the current culture , damn near impossible and would require extreme measures unless they are somehow naturally predisposed to " getting it " .

It would be nice. But I don't think the rebirth will happen if it's just a spectator sport. Even grandparents will need to role up our sleeves.

ERIKA LOPEZ's avatar

P.s. Warmek I feel like we aunts & uncles are a sort of necessary finishing school for the young willing and audacious

J Boss's avatar

Without question, you are necessary. Very tweeners and teenagers will listen to their parents, but they will listen to adults that mentor them but cannot punish them directly. Every kid I've ever known that did NOT find an adult mentor struggled more than the rest of us.

Even if all you do is ask them the right questions to get them to think, you will teach them to think both before taking action and critically.

Just do it!

Warmek's avatar

> Without question, you are necessary. Very tweeners and teenagers will listen to their parents, but they will listen to adults that mentor them but cannot punish them directly.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

This is the *exact* reason that I ended up being the one to teach one of my nephews how to drive. He wouldn't listen to Mom or Dad, but he absolutely *knew* that Uncle Warmek could simply decide that he'd had enough of his shit and remove himself from the situation. And as a result, he'd actually listen to me on the subject. I'll grant, it probably also helped that driving and driving skills were the *only* thing I was *ever* riding him about. One advantage of having remained childless, I've found, is that it's allowed me to retain memories of having *been* young in a way that many, *many* of my friends and siblings who have had children seem to have just *not*.

"Yeah, of *course* he's pushing back on you doing X, Y, and Z. Do you *seriously* just *not* remember what *we* were like when *we* were 16? I specifically remember an incident in which you called your mom a *bitch* to her *face*, and when she slapped you in yours, I had to grab you, throw you over my shoulder, and carry you off as I apologized to her and promised to return you after you'd calmed down. Like... **DUDE!**"

And, as such, I recall having had a lot more... tolerance, myself, for people who were only "on me" about a *single* topic, rather than a dozen. I still blame the grey in my beard on the kid, though.

But, all that said, he *did* learn how to drive, he *did* learn how to drive *stick*, and now, seven years later, he's gone through the same welding program I did at the local vo-tech school (with some of the same instructors, even!) and has a Real Job that's like, actually career grade. I couldn't be more proud if he were actually my own. Hell, he's *way* more put together at 23 than *I* was. :D

Elizabeth I love your work but please don’t lump everyone in any given generation together. I am a boomer and spend every day and every breath and all of my energy in my own way trying to set thing’s aright and will do so to my dying day.

E. Grogan's avatar

Boomer here and I totally agree with you. I do whatever I can to spread the word about all the lies we've been taught all of our lives. I'm in my 70s and this is what I've now devoted my life to.

Jim M's avatar

Erikson's theory of Development posited that the grandparent stage of a person's life can be despair or generativity (trying to improve the lives of the generations that follow). I'm in that stage of my life. I try to spread the word as well. But I also admit to bouts of despair when I see how Canada is governed and how many people support us sliding into totalitarianism.

It is the young generation that will ultimately turn things around, the non-woke ones. I agree with you, Elizabeth in the Trump phenomena spreading.

E. Grogan's avatar

When i was a flight attendant back in 1970's/80's, I was based in San Francisco, as I'm an American. I frequently had layovers in Vancouver, which was then a wonderful place to visit. I have no idea what it's like now but I found Canada to be very beautiful and the people were so warm and welcoming. All the flight attendants loved our layovers there because we were treated so well by the hotel staff and everyone else there. I've watched Canada as it descends into darkness and what I would call in some ways madness by the govt there. I hate what's happened to such a wonderful place and I pray fervently that Canada will return to its former wonderfulness. I've watched Trump for 45 yrs - both his friends and his enemies have said of him "Never underestimate Trump. NEVER." Trump always gets the job done. Back in the 1990s IIRC, he along with help of Rudy Giuliani, took down the mafia in New York. If Trump can do that, he can do pretty much anything. He is winning this war against evil and from what I've found in my research, we're almost at the finish line. Hang in there, sir.

ERIKA LOPEZ's avatar

Dear Mr Dublin, when a writer like Elizabeth pulls the zip tie we can't take it personally and clip her phoenix wings. Slices may hurt but you've gotta not take anything personally and catch the gist if not the energy power and force of such writing

To cite hurt feelings is to attenuate this force of nature we crave. Listen to the drum beats the musicality the fight that this culture polites to death from such hurt feelings.

Feel hear read the love in her work and know in your heart and bones you're on the same side of this fight

Don't make her worry about the infinite details

For in general horror, the boomers have made the world we're in

elizabeth nickson's avatar

🙏❤️❤️ people love to quibble I have learned. But there are only so many words people can read in a sitting, and nuance is tricky in this genre.

ERIKA LOPEZ's avatar

Nuance... yes, this is how reading on paper is akin to reading alone on a beach compared to online, which is like screaming a conversation while running for a train

Letsrock's avatar

You almost had me Erika, but your last sentence revealed your truth. Every generation is the product formed by the preceding and it's called evolution. Us Boomers were exposed to our own horror show FYI. From being instructed how to 'hide' under our desks after a nuclear explosion in grammar school, to worrying if tonight the big one will drop during the tense Cuban Missile crisis, to JFK, RFK, MLK assassinations, the Kent State killings and of course what is now believed to be yet another psyop Manson, ad infinitum. And yet we not only persevered but we did so w aplomb. During the earliest days of television we were exposed to the only programming they had which was movies, music and content from 30s and 40s. We knew more about previous generations, history and culture than any other generations currently do. We were probably the last generation to get a decent public education and we are clearly more intelligent than the generations that follow us. The world in it's present state is not all our doing as many of you sour grapers would like to believe. The years we grew up in 50s, 60s and 70s were indeed very special times in many ways and I wouldn't trade that experience for anything. You had to be there to understand and I'd be jealous too had I missed out on them.

Jan Harmon's avatar

Agreed. I would lay on the floor, me a third grader, and poor through the local daily paper. I was conversant in the Suez Canal issue and what our President was doing. The Sunday Chicago Tribune kept me busy. My farmer father picked it up at the smoke shop on Tuesday because it was free then. I’m 78 this year. We raised a sensible productive daughter . My husband was drafted into the Marine Corps because he had a degree (paid for by himself) in 1969. To blame boomers is to not know history. There are destroyers (in re: congress) and builders in every generation.

He isn't criticizing her, he's just pointing out that not all boomers are jerks. Please read my comment just above - NO we didn't make the world we're living in!! The deep state did and they have been at it for at least 200 yrs and they are satanists. To blame us boomers is to say you have no idea who the culprits really are. Sure some boomers are part of deep state or are too stupid to understand the evil we're up against, but there are just as many people in younger generations who are communist, who are part of deep state or who are satanists - all of which is what created our present horrifying situation. btw, I'm a boomer and what I've seen is the deep state getting lots of younger people to believe we're the ones who mostly created this mess - we were NOT, it's the deep state.

I don't see Mr. Dublin as criticizing Ms. Nickson, he's simply stating his opinion. I feel the same way, I'm tired of younger people blaming this whole mess on us boomers. We were the ones who fought like heck against this mess. Please see my comment above. Just for one, we tried to end the useless, immoral Vietnam War, even though our parents, who saw or were in WW2 were horrified we weren't supporting our country, as they saw it. They didn't understand that Vietnam war shouldn't have happened.

You missed the 60s which when the boomers were most active and that is the part you don't seem to know anything about. If you think we boomers were selfish and greedy you really do NOT have any idea what we were about. There were many hippies among us and they were all about sharing. There's a lot you don't know about us boomers and it seems it's because you don't want to know. I don't know anything about you but you seem to harbor a lot of hate against us boomers when really we were as individual as any other generation; some were idiots, some were saints but you are putting ALL boomers in a very bad category. I'm not like what you describe and you are very rude and insulting in your comments so I am done with this conversation. "There are none so blind as they who will not see."

Dear Grogan,

The hippies completely sold out. Remember that term? I do.

I grew up at your FEET. I was born into the counterculture. My pops was an extra in Alice's restaurant I grew up on the laps of hippies laughing in the sun at festivals .

I supped on your IDEALS while experiencing the REALITY as a mixed bougie/ghetto kid, a product of your IDEALS.

I loved the free to be you and me ideas, but if you all were so magical and transformative, why are we here NOW??? As above so below, yes?

Grogan, you are my elder and things didn't go as you all planned. Why???

We are now finding out why ...

However, that said, having seen experienced and felt how fun things were for a moment in the mythic 60s, IT IS MY BEACON FOR MY PARALLEL UNDERGROUND ART/ECONOMIC VISION.

I never understood why it all ended.

If you all were so happening, why did you all cash out and not give a crap about us younger? You all are still in some iteration of EST that never ends.

The ideas were nice as far as they went... but in the end you all were fashion and never had any humility.

The lack of humility was your undoing and thus our collective undoing.

I'm gen X. We were forced to do the backstroke in our surly humility. It's not that bad because it's where all the best jokes are.

No need to take your birth range so seriously. We're all assholes somewhere, Grogan.

Yeah, you all STARTED with great ideas that I aim to experience again regarding the new underground. I'll screw up and the ones who come after me can revise learn improve screw up...

And so it goes, yeah?

(Smile)

Have a lovely day, dear Elder. I see you're also not done with the better more productive 60s experiments.

I'm not going to fight you here anymore because we're getting phatic and that's not for here but instead belongs in Jeff Childers' comment section where those folks race to comment first.

God bless you and be well dear Grogan. I'll see you at one of the inevitable bugeoning food coops in our glyphosate GMO-avoidant future.

That’s close to sixty years of dealing with their ever evolving nonsense. I’m not giving up. I’ll keep praying and saying as long as I’m able. Warmek's avatar

Very little is ever truly absolute. Sure, some Boomers, some Gen X, and some Millennials are paying attention. But would you say that the majority of your cohort are? Or are they for the most part the ones benefitting from the grift? I know mine has mostly just kept its head down.

E. Grogan's avatar

I've come across quite a few boomers who are working hard at getting the truth out. I have no idea if it's the majority or not but we boomers have a LOT of lies told about us by younger folks. They have no idea who we really were, what we were up against or what we accomplished. They have no idea for instance that we boomers got the draft ended so that no generation after us could be drafted to go to war. We also got corporal punishment (being able to hit/beat/spank a child in school) ended. We fought tooth and nail against racism, graft by the govt and many other things. They think we stole all the money, but we didn't and many of us don't have much money now. Our home which was paid off was stolen by a grifter, police refused to evict him and by the time he did leave, he had destroyed the roof on our home and much of the house, also left a lot of dead animals in the house and on the land. We had no $ to repair it so were forced to simply walk away. This kind of thing has happened to a number of us boomers.

What's hard to absorb in these senior years is the level of disinterest younger people have in us generally speaking. It is hard to get their attention, to engage in a true conversation, to explore ideas etc. They are absorbed in the continutation of their easy life and seem to only take issue if something is taken from them. Getting them to act in the interests of humanity is a challenge, but I like what Elizabeth has to say and see some of the groundlevel simmering anger mounting. Church is where I see it the most.

E. Grogan's avatar

Great description of the situation about racism, I remember it being front and center in 60s and 70s. I totally agree with you.

And yet Selective Service System registration is still mandatory for males when they turn 18.

Personally, I blame your parents (my grandparents) "Greatest Generation" the most. You just inherited what they'd started, and if you didn't make a significant effort to fix the structural issues, well, my Gen X didn't either. They were the ones who'd lived through the Great Depression and supposedly "knew the value of a dollar", and yet under their direction, that same dollar lost a whole lot of value, and eventually *any* tie to reality in the form of the gold reserve.

I'm very sorry to hear about what happened with your house. That's some complete bullshit.

This piece gave me something I didn't realize I needed — genuine hope. Not the cheap kind that papers over the cracks, but the kind that comes from someone looking straight at the corruption and saying we can still win this.

You're right that something has shifted. The "racist" cudgel is broken. People who never paid attention to politics are waking up, not because someone told them to, but because their own lives are telling them the system is rotten. That's not ideology — that's pattern recognition at scale. And when a billion people across every country start seeing the same thing, the people running the racket have a real problem.

The American flags at European rallies — that image is going to stick with me. Not because America is perfect, but because what it represents in the dissident imagination — self-governance, the right to overthrow a corrupt order, the dignity of the ordinary person — is universal. That's what they're reaching for. You named it.

Now this is a perfect write up. Priceless. So happy for the new hope in BC. The NDP are Marxist free loaders. Victoria is said to be the most Satanic City in Canadá and you know it. Demonic possession is rampant. Masonic ways have influenced BC in ways that might be considered as a major factor. Order of the Eastern Star same same. Stir the pot.

elizabeth nickson's avatar

I did not know that.

Lorne S's avatar

From Grok AI.

Victoria, British Columbia, is frequently cited as Canada’s “most Satanic” city in popular lore, conspiracy circles, and occult discussions—primarily due to its reputation as the “Witch Capital of Canada” and its central role in the 1980s Satanic Panic.20

Why Victoria?

• Historical Satanic Panic epicenter: In the early 1980s, the book Michelle Remembers (by psychiatrist Lawrence Pazder and patient Michelle Smith) claimed the authors uncovered repressed memories of horrific Satanic ritual abuse involving baby sacrifices and cults in Victoria. It falsely listed Victoria as the “official headquarters” of the Church of Satan and fueled rumors of activity at places like Ross Bay Cemetery. This helped spark the broader North American Satanic Panic (debunked as mass hysteria with no credible evidence of organized cults).21

• Strong occult/New Age/witchcraft scene: Victoria has a visible and longstanding community of pagans, witches, and esoteric practitioners. It’s known for metaphysical shops, events, and a “witchy” vibe that some sensationalize as demonic. Aleister Crowley connections and broader BC occult history (e.g., Ordo Templi Orientis in Vancouver) add to the provincial reputation.1

• Cultural perception: YouTube videos, documentaries (e.g., CBC’s Satan Wants You), and online discussions often label it a hotspot for “demonic spirits” or supernatural activity, far more than other cities.20

Other Contenders

• Ottawa: Home to the first (and for a time only) official chapter of The Satanic Temple (TST) in Canada, with public meetings, a black mass event, and growth in the 2010s. TST is a non-theistic activist group focused on secularism, trolling, and civil rights—not literal devil worship.22

• Toronto, Montreal, Alberta cities (Calgary/Edmonton), etc.: Have TST “Friends of” groups or pagan communities, but less mythic baggage.0

• No major Church of Satan dominance anywhere; modern Satanism in Canada is mostly TST-style activism or small eclectic occult scenes.

Important context: Actual organized “Satanic” activity (literal worship of Satan) is fringe and tiny in Canada, as elsewhere. TST emphasizes atheism, compassion, and skepticism of authority. Historical “Satanic” scares were mostly moral panics with false accusations. Claims of cities being “infested with demons” come from evangelical or conspiratorial sources, not verifiable data.21

If you’re asking metaphorically (e.g., crime, corruption, or “sinful” vibes), cities like Winnipeg, Surrey, or Lethbridge top crime severity indexes—but that’s unrelated to Satanism. Victoria wins on occult reputation.

Some Thoughts on the 45 Communist Goals for the Destruction of America. It’s still relevant after all of this time, since Communism still appeals to many, and is organized throughout the world.

From the Congressional Record, 1963

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war

2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.

3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.

4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.

5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.

6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.

7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.

8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev’s promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.

9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.

10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.

11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.)

12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.

13. Do away with all loyalty oaths.

14. Continue giving Russia access to the U.S. Patent Office.

15. Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.

16. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.

17. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks.

18. Gain control of all student newspapers.

19. Use student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which are under Communist attack.

20. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book-review assignments, editorial writing, policy-making positions.

21. Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and motion pictures.

22. Continue discrediting American culture by degrading all forms of artistic expression. An American Communist cell was told to “eliminate all good sculpture from parks and buildings, substitute shapeless, awkward and meaningless forms.”

23. Control art critics and directors of art museums. “Our plan is to promote ugliness, repulsive, meaningless art.”

24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and free press.

25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.

26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy.”

27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”

28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”

29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.

30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the “common man.”

31. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the ground that it was only a minor part of the “big picture.” Give more emphasis to Russian history since the Communists took over.

32 Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture–education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics, etc.

33. Eliminate all laws or procedures which interfere with the operation of the Communist apparatus.

34. Eliminate the House Committee on Un-American Activities.

35. Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.

36. Infiltrate and gain control of more unions.

37. Infiltrate and gain control of big business.

38. Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand [or treat].

39. Dominate the psychiatric profession and use mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.

40. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.

42. Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use [“]united force[“] to solve economic, political or social problems.

43. Overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.

44. Internationalize the Panama Canal.

45. Repeal the Connally reservation so the United States cannot prevent the World Court

It would seem that, if it is on this list and it it still relevant, the Left in the U.S. supports it.

America is a Masonic construct which easily morphed into Communism. Both Freemasonry and Communism are founded on the ideals of Jewish Messianism.

Our goose is cooked.

I believe there are strong factions in relation to the brain amputees though, America is unique and the jury is still out.

Not going to bother. Civil war is coming. Take it to the bank. The left won’t stop and we are done with their educated idiot arrogance.

They have given us ample reason to hate them and we do. We have the means to put them down and we will.

Exactly/ they have zero idea of just how powerful we are. Neither do we.

True. But while the captain may be wrong he is never uncertain.

I was agnostic for much of my life. God quietly called to me when I was in my 40s, and I slowly became a Christian. But when that happened, and I looked back on my life, I realized that God had been with me all along. While I did have a typical 70s teenager life, smoking weed, etc., I wasn't drawn to sexual promiscuity or decadence. My culture was telling me it was a good thing, but my inner self just couldn't do it. Every step of the way, I had been guided by God in subtle ways I didn't consciously recognize.

Twenty years ago, if you had asked me if demons were real, I would have laughed in your face. Ten years ago, I wasn't so sure. Now, I know it for certain. It may not be as dramatic as "The Exorcist", in fact it is often very small urgings and whispers. Every time you slip, you give them some of your personal energy, and they gain a bit more strength. And I see the demons acting out through people, who get incandescently enraged when you question the moral basis for their actions. I'm always open to fair criticism from others, and of course from myself. When I see someone instantly go non-linear, I sense the demons asserting control.

What’s happening in California is not a projection of power. It’s an act of desperation and weakness and vulnerability.

I enjoy the way this author writes in the face of all that vexes us about our current relationship vis-a-vis “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. “

“The pursuit of happiness” is not DoorDash and Netflix. It’s sacrifice and hard work and creation of things that serve society.

This is a great stack. She’s 100% on the money here.

I wish only, selfishly, to live long enough to see the hope you write about become reality. The UK is Awakening and through watching the Britons’ trials, our Continent is finally coming out of a deep complacent sleep. Thanks for your great writing.

Start with “Common Sense” by Thomas Paine to have an example of what to go by and how to be persuasive to your fellow countryman. Every single thing that he wrote about still has wide implications today.
