Article 2 of the US Constitution states that any President MUST be a "Natural Born Citizen", not just a "citizen". A natural born citizen is a person who is born to citizens of the country, and is himself a citizen. For instance, Vivek Ramaswamy was born to immigrant parents...who had been naturalized citizens before his birth. He's an NBC. Harris was born to a Jamaican father and an Indian mother, before they were naturalized. She is an anchor baby, yes, but not an NBC and thus has no claim to the presidency.
