I cannot accept such an analysis from one who is not a Christian and thus lacks the wisdom of Christ. Humans cannot “raise [our] frequency to attempt to come into line with Jesus . . .” We can only fall at the foot of the cross, confess our sin, and ask for His forgiveness. He is the one who raises us up and transforms us into His image. If we believe we can do it ourselves, we are believing the devil’s lie.
I am a Christian. It’s a simply matter of continually choosing the seven heavenly virtues over the seven deadly sins. This can be done with close study and daily readings and adherence to the the Book of Proverbs and Psalms - they cover this process extensively and explain in great detail that until you do this you will continually fall.
Yes we all fall prey our sins, and yes we must have Christ there to confess and beg forgiveness when we do. But until we become closer to him via bible adherence we will remain here until we are disciplined enough to do so. Two points:
1) I have been reading snippets of this evil for over 40 years now. Examining it has always been so horrific that one tends to quickly sweep it under the rug, sniffing: While there may be a grain of truth here, surely this is largely fertile imagination and exaggeration.
At the same time, a Christian knows that evil never stops: The passage in 1 Peter well reminds us: “Be sober and vigilant. For your adversary, the devil, is like a roaring lion, prowling around and seeking those whom he might devour.” Adversary. Prowling. Devour. Always lurking.
Evil is - well - evil. Evil begets evil. When we deliberately turn from God, evil balloons in our souls until our consciences die and our appetites are whetted for more evil. Indeed, we become addicted to evil, for we are in the clutches of the cunning, subtle one.
But, there is the hope that, by its very nature, evil in humans who seek absolute power will end up warring with evil. For it is rooted in the sins of pride, envy, greed, gluttony, lust and anger. Oh, evil seeking power may work with evil in collaboration for a time, but it cannot help itself. These deadly sins manifesting in a human inevitably lead to clashes, power struggles, and horror, as the adversaries end up vying for the throne.
2) “Take out the writing; take out the thoughts.” This comment was offered by Cornell Prof David Collum in a recent interview with Tucker. Part of the interview was about the losses incurred when writing is supplanted by AI. The very nature of writing is thinking / order / logic / recording / thinking / reviewing / editing. Especially today with the ease of personal editing, we can easily review and edit paragraphs and essays to make them clearer, crisper, and more logical.

It will always be “infiltrated” no matter what Christian denom. We are fallen. We are sinners. We may have grown up in dysfunctional families, or received poor teaching, or have been mentally or physically abused, not to mention the lure of our broken society.
I often liken it to a surgeon. He has a gift to heal with a scalpel. Now, he may have a terrible bedside manner, kick his dogs and cats, be an indifferent father or husband, but when he steps into surgery he arrives with his God-given gifts that save lives.
So it is with the deposit of faith that is the foundation: Sacred Scripture, sacred teachings, (for Catholics. - the Catechism). These endure, while men slip and fall. Jesus told us the gates of hell will not prevail against his Church. Our faith is not in men.
